About Amy

Amy Peters is a yoga teacher, educator, and community builder who believes that yoga is not meant to fit a mold. Her path to teaching was shaped by years in the classroom, life changing injuries, and a deep personal practice that helped her rebuild confidence, balance, and identity.

Today, Amy teaches yoga as a way of living, not just moving. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath, and compassion, creating a welcoming space for people to feel supported, capable, and connected both on and off the mat.


Online Classes

  • Held on Tuesdays via Zoom.

    A gentle, accessible chair based yoga class designed to support mobility, strength, and overall wellness.

    Light weights, blocks, & straps can be used

  • Held on Thursdays via Zoom.

    A guided meditation class focused on relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction.

VIRTUAL Yoga & Meditation classes held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30am Hawaiian / 10:30am Pacific / 1:30pm Eastern.
